What information will be needed for the application?

Anything you submit over this website is 100%, fully secure. And we never, ever share it with anyone except by permission. If you're giving us information you want us to use to get the best loan for you, we use that information to do just that.

Here is a list of the information we will use to consider your loan application.

For all loans

General Info

Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth and copy of current state issued photo identification for all borrowers on the loan.

Residential

History for the past two years including addresses, dates, whether you owned, rented or lived rent free, and the monthly payment/rent.

Employment

History for the past two years including employers name(s), dates of employment and earnings.

Income

Current pay stub(s) covering the most recent 30-day period and all W-2 forms for the previous two years.

Assets

If using Checking and Savings Accounts:
Name and location of bank, account numbers and balances along with last 2 months' account statements

If using Stocks, Bonds, and Investment Accounts:
Most recent statement or copies of stock certificates

If using Life Insurance Policies:
Insurance company, policy number, face amount, cash value, if any

If using Retirement accounts (IRA) or 401(k):
Copy of most recent statement

If you own Automobiles:
Make, model and year of automobiles along with their current resale value

Other Assets:
Estimated market value of personal and household property (If applicable)

Other income information you may need

If you're self-employed or if you have income from:
    Commission 
    Partnership(s) 
    Rental Property 
    Trust Accounts
    Notes Receivable 
    Interest/Dividends


You will need to provide the most recent two years Federal income tax returns with all schedules, both business and personal if they are filed separately.

If employed in family business:
Most recent two years personal federal income tax returns and all schedules.

If divorced or separated:
Signed final divorce decree and settlement agreement.
Payment history of alimony/child support over the past 12 months, if it is a financial obligation. (If required)

If you choose to use alimony/child support as part of your income to qualify:
Provide three months canceled checks or bank statements reflecting income deposits have been received on time for the previous three months.

If you own real estate

Addresses for all property currently owned and estimated market value(s) along with names of any current mortgage lenders, account numbers, monthly payments and balances (If required)

If your home is sold but has not yet closed:
A copy of the executed final sales contract

If you've sold your home, closed, and you will use the proceeds for your new down payment:
A copy of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement from your closing

If you rent

Name, address and phone number of all landlords for the past 24 months (If required)

If you're buying a home

Executed sales contract signed by buyer(s) and seller(s) or offer to purchase along with all addendums

If a source of your down payment is a gift:
Name, address and relationship of gift donor.
Gift funds will be verified using documentation provided by us according to the guidelines for the requested loan program 
Note: Not all loan programs allow gifts funds to be part of your down payment, so talk to your Loan Officer before planning to use gift funds for closing.

For FHA Financing
Evidence of Social Security Number and photo identification is required

For VA Financing
DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility is required

For Construction/Perm Loan
Signed construction with cost breakdown, builder plans and specifications are required
